Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address and community name, so the right local company gets your request
- What's going on: sticking doors, sloping floors, tie-downs to check, underbelly or skirting damage
- Single-wide or multi-section, and roughly what year the home was built
- Whether your community requires contractors to register or show insurance
- Photos of any damage, if you have them
